By subscribing to or purchasing any Wexagen plan, you agree to the terms described in this Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure payments through:

  • Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • PayPal
  • Wise Business Payments (for approved invoices)

All payments are processed by trusted third-party providers compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). Wexagen does not store full payment card details on its servers.

Billing Cycle

Wexagen operates on a subscription basis. You can select a monthly or annual billing plan during checkout.

  • Monthly Plans: Billed automatically every 30 days from the date of subscription.
  • Annual Plans: Billed once per year and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can view your billing history and next renewal date at any time in your account dashboard.

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for new users.

  • At the end of the trial, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically for the selected plan, unless you cancel before the trial expires.
  • Only one free trial is available per customer or organization.

Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period to ensure uninterrupted service.

You can cancel automatic renewal anytime via your Wexagen account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will continue to have access until your plan expires.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) by default.

Taxes such as VAT may be added depending on your billing country and applicable tax laws. If required, Wexagen will issue a VAT-compliant invoice including tax details.

Prices may be updated periodically to reflect product improvements, currency fluctuations, or market conditions. Any change will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to cancel before renewal.

Invoices and Receipts

Invoices and payment receipts are automatically generated and sent to the email address associated with your account after every successful payment.

You can also download invoices anytime from your billing dashboard.

Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails (e.g., expired card or insufficient funds):

  1. Wexagen will retry the payment automatically within a few days.
  2. You’ll receive an email notification asking you to update your billing information.
  3. If payment cannot be completed after multiple attempts, your account may be temporarily suspended until the balance is settled.

To avoid interruptions, ensure your payment details remain current and valid.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Wexagen account.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund unless it meets our Refund Policy criteria.

Your access to the Service will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If you believe you were charged in error or wish to request a refund, please contact our billing team at billing@wexagen.com.

Payment Disputes

If you notice an unrecognized or duplicate charge, contact us immediately at billing@wexagen.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
We will review and resolve billing issues promptly to avoid unnecessary delays.

Security of Transactions

All payments are encrypted and transmitted securely via SSL/TLS. Wexagen uses leading payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Wise) to ensure the protection of your financial data.

We do not store credit or debit card information directly on our servers.

Late or Overdue Payments

If payments remain overdue, Wexagen reserves the right to suspend account access until outstanding balances are cleared. Continuous non-payment may lead to account termination and potential collection actions where applicable.
